a white wine demi-glaze.  Served over a Mushroom Risotto.   
Parmesan-encrusted Halibut - 23
Fresh Halibut baked w/ a parmesan crust & served w/ a
lemon-caper-dill sauce.  Served over mashed potatoes.

Thinly sliced beef top round rolled with parmesan cheese, parsley, &
garlic; cooked in a beef demi-glaze, mushroom, & tomatoe meat
sauce; served over pasta.

    10oz of wild-caught salmon grilled on a cedar plank w/
garlic & rosemary; served w/ vegetable or pasta.
Grilled Swordfish - 19.95
Hand-cut Swordfish grilled to perfection; served in a lemon-butter
sauce w/ vegetable.
Linguini Frutti di Mare - 19.95
Over 1 pound of Shrimp, Mussels, Clams, & Calamari prepared
in a red or a white sauce.  Choose your spice level:  0 - 4.  
Arrosto di Salmone - 19.95
A layer of sauteed zucchini, eggplant, onions, garlic, tomatoe, & thin
slices of Fennel root; topped w/ a 1/2 pound of parmesan-encrusted
Salmon & vegetable.
