Osso Buco in Bianco - 29
This dish requires about 3 to 3.5 hours to prepare.  We take a 1.25
lb Veal Foreshank, braize it, then slow cook it in a beef demi-glaze
made from white wine, vegetables, and beef stock.  The flavors are
intense and rich.  The veal is so soft it falls right off the bone.  
Served over a bed of Risotto.  
Parmesan-encrusted Halibut - 21
Our Halibut is brought in fresh by a local seafood distributor.  The
Halibut is seared and then baked with a delicious crust.  It is presented
over Purple Mashed Potatoes, and served with a lemon-caper-cream
sauce.  With the white halibut & purple mash, this is one of the most
beautiful presentations I have.

Braciole - 19.95
Angus Choice steak is sliced thin and pounded; topped with a layer
of parsley, garlic, and cheese; then rolled up and tied with string.  It
is then cooked slowly for 2 hours in a wonderful meaty tomato
demi-glaze.  Served with Asparagus and pasta.  A real authentic
treat.   
Salmon grilled on a cedar plank - 19.95
We take 8-10 ounces of fresh Salmon and grill it, then mount it on
fresh rosemary sprigs placed on a cedar plank, drizzle a little extra
virgin olive oil & some freshly sliced garlic on top, and bake it.  Served
with Asparagus.  (also available with a lemon-butter sauce)\

Grilled Swordfish - 19.95
8-10 ounces of fresh Swordfish grilled to perfection and served with a
Lemon-Butter sauce and Asparagus.

Linguini Frutti di Mare - 21
Clams, Mussels, Calamari, Shrimp, and a small lobster Tail prepared
White or Red.  Available sweet, mild, medium, or spicy.

Hand-cut Ribeye (USDA Prime) - 29
About 21oz.  USDA Prime is the highest rating given to a steak for
superior marbling and tenderness.  We season ours with Italian herbs
& spices (or butter if you prefer) and then grilled to perfection.  Served
with Asparagus and Bekah's garlic mashed potatoes.
Hand-cut Filet Mignon - 23
(or Filet Mignon Medallions - 19)
About 8-10oz portion.  USDA Choice hand-cut filet mignon grilled to
perfection and served in a brandy-peppercorn-cream sauce (or
butter if you prefer), with Asparagus and Bekah's garlic mashed
potatoes.
